From Ningin: My top five anime for the decade. It was pretty difficult deciding which anime I liked the most. These are pretty easy to get into and shows some of the best of what anime has to offer. Some people make New Years Resolutions - lose weight, start exercising more, eat more vegetables, all that jazz. But really, all you end up with is a dusty stair-master in the corner of the guestroom. Me? I’ve decided to put together a wishlist of what I’d love to happen in 2010.

From Ningin: I love to read manga. You can say that mangas are my bibles (but don’t worry, I’m not that obssessive). The vast variety of stories and styles can attract almost anyone to read them. So I tried to vary my top manga choices for 2009 and this is what I came up with. More »

With 2009 coming to a close and 2010 on the horizon, I couldn’t help but think to myself: self, what kind of subjects have they not yet made an anime for (at least, in the last several years)? Yes: I believe that men like this did all that, and more. More »

Comic cons, anime festivals, and the like have run their course this year. With 2009 almost at an end, I thought it would be fun to look back at some of the best cosplay of the year. And while the many festivals and conventions have come and gone, 2010 is around the corner with more cosplay goodness waiting to be had. More »

The end of the year is rapidly coming to a close and with it, a decade as well. I decided it would be nice to look back at 2009 and reflect on what this past year has taught us. Below, I’ve compiled 10 things that we (or at least some of us) learned over the course of 2009. More »

From Girlybubble: Technology hasn’t always been chic. I remember the dark days when it was more function over form. Aesthetically, fashionable consumers had limited choices. However, those days are over, and this year has brought us technology that is not only functional, but cute and colorful as well. Here’s my list of Top 10 Girl Gadgets of 2009. More »
