The Japanese love to explain thing to both adults and kids in cute ways. Even the most horrible disaster can be broken down and shown in such a way that babies could grasp it. Thus we have Haiti explained to us via puppets.
To be fair, this is taken from a children’s program and it does bring up some good points. Like all the political hurdles the Japanese Self Defense Force has to go through to send workers (I’ll give you a hint, it’s because of their Constitution. Ten points if you know which Article it is) overseas.
None the less this still beats the horrible CGI reenactments I keep seeing from Taiwan.
