Well it’s Olympics time again, which means it’s a chance for Japan to export a bit of Japanese culture to the rest of the world. This year they might not have picked the right aspect of culture to export…
What you see there is a Japadog. It’s exactly like a hot dog, only it’s made from Kobe Beef. The beef that costs around $100 for an 8 oz meal. Even better is that this ‘Japadog’ is topped with dried tofu skin. No doubt this combination is proving to be troublesome to the local vegan population.
While the Japadog seems to be popular with Japanese tourist, no word on how the Canadians are taking to it.
