As part of McDonalds “American burger” line up you can now buy a big old Hawaiian Burger at McDonalds in Japan. This is, of course, if you don’t want to have a shrimp burger. Seriously. Shrimp burger.

If you were to venture over to Japan and pick up a Big Hawaiian burger you’d probably be surprised at what’s inside. There is beef, buns, egg, bacon, more eggs, some special sauce. Yup. Everything you’d associate with Hawaii.

I, for one, am SHOCKED by the lack of pineapple on the burger. Pineapple being the most Hawaiian thing ever produced by anyone, anywhere.

Maybe people over there don’t like pineapple much? The burger looks so tiny compared to American burgers.

I’m not going to lie… That looks incredibly appetizing. I’m not even kidding; I could totally go for one of those right about now.

I’m surprised too, lol. Every Hawaiian burger joint in Cali puts teriyaki sauce and a slice of pineapple on the inside.
