Beautiful Sushi

A frequent eater in the fun filled world of sushi? Ever come across some sushi that’s too beautiful to eat? I’d never seen such a sushi until I came across this little gem. I’d be hard pressed to eat it as well…

Kudos to the person, or persons, who came up with such sushi making techniques. This touch certainly does add something to the experience of eating sushi, as opposed to the usual stuff you see in Japan.

Though what is really interesting is the massive amount of beautiful Japanese food being produced by people all over the world. I’ve touched on the subject of beautiful bento boxes before, but to find someone who has gone all out with sushi is something new entirely.
