Takashi Miike, who I consider one of my favorite directors, is planning on directing a live-action movie of the ninja comedy anime series Nintama Rantaro. Miike has directed a lot of movies such as Yatterman and Crows Zero. Little cutie, Seishiro Kato, will be the lead role. This adorable kid was the face of 2009 since he starred in several commercials and in Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge. The release date has not been released.
