
Oh college students, sometimes they just aren’t that bright. Two foreign students, Tunisian and Columbian, were caught growing marijuana on a corner of their Koichi University’s campus and on their balcony. Apparently, they were growing quite a large amount of it. The Tunisian student was an agricultural student, so he knew a lot about plants. Both students state they were growing it for their own use. Rule #1 for students planning international travels: Don’t grow pot in a foreign country. The consequences are far worse than where you are.
