Ninjas are stealthy group or individual that uses quick movements and cool travel techniques. With all the jumping around and unhumanlike balance, they must be on a very strict diet. Below is a brief description of what a Ninjas diet is like.
Ninja’s diet consists of cereals, tofu, miso, dried plum and vegetables. The ninja favorite is pine nuts. To stop enemies from smelling out the ninja’s, they avoid eating foods with strong smells such as garlic, green onion, chive and meat.
Apart from the diet, Ninjas have a weight restriction of 60kg or one straw rice-bag. Ninjas have to build their bodies so that only a limited or no amount of fat can grow on it. To do this, they mostly ate brown rice or adlay, seeds of wild grass.
Eventually, Ninjas had trained to lift a straw rice-bag with thumb and index finger so they can gain the strength to cling to ceilings.
