Japan loves robots. Robots seem to be the “next hot technological thing” in Japan, doesn’t it? Gemini F acted in a very short play called Sayonara - she was controlled by a team of people off-stage, and on stage, she was with an actress who commented that her acting was a little stiff. And there seemed to be a distance between her and the robot; it doesn’t really seem like there is a human presence there, which is why critics would say she is not the best of actresses.

But I have to say, she is very pretty. The engineers did a really good job making her appear almost human. She will be acting in Cowboy Bebop the live action movie along side Keanu Reeves. Her character isFaye Valentine - I wonder how she is going to do in this movie. Her acting does seem stiff in the video here. But then again, this is a relatively new robot - maybe after some adjustments and more programming, she will be as good as any actress out there.
