Nozomi Tsuji, a former Morning Musume member, has just delivered her second child, a boy, on December 26th. He joins her daughter, Noa. She recently made a new blog entry announcing his name. His name is Seia, which means Blue Sky. She states the reason for the name was because the sky was beautiful the day of his birth. Congrats to her family, and I hope the mother and baby continue to do well!
