Those of you waiting for Tegomass‘ upcoming single, “Aoi Bench,” will be excited to hear that the song was aired during a radio broadcast. Given the technology available to us today, you’re probably not very surprised to hear that a radio rip of the song is now circulating the web. Sample the duo’s cover of now disbanded duo Sasuke and see if they did the song justice.

I like the song. As with covers, comparisons will be mad, and I’m personally having trouble deciding which version I prefer. Tegomass’ seems more leisurely, while Sasuke’s seems more fast-paced, due to the more frantic nature of the guitar, and reminds me of traveling. I do think that Tegomass has a successful single coming up though! Look for that on February 18.
