The Tokyo Laughter Club (TLC), founded by Mary Tadokoro and Lisa Booth in June 2006, has been dubbed Japan’s first laughter club. The club is currently run by Mary and Takashi Tadokoro who both attend classes as leaders with their long-term participants.
TLC is a center for people to enjoy a good time, have a good laugh, practice and gain confidence in their Social skills. Get a glimpse of laughing yoga in a video below.
