For those who didn’t know, Sunrise’s Code Geass has had a manga prequel that’s been in serialization for some time now (that’s something I didn’t know). The prequel, Code Geass: Shikkoku no Renya, lies in the same timeline as the anime, the story is actually set during Japan’s Edo era. This leaves it open for comparisons to be drawn to other historical manga, and that’s where we get problems. More »

That’s right, X Japan’s ToshI will be holding hit charity concert tour in Gifu, Kanazawa, Osaka, and Fukuoka, along with X Japan bassist, HEATH and LUNA SEA drummer, Shinya. Proceeds from the tour will go towards rebuilding the Tohoku region. More »

18 days ago, the terrible tsunami was involved in the destruction of Kesennuma in Japan. At the moment, cleanup is still underway. Few survivors have ventured down, donned in masks and gloves, to sift through the debris of what used to be their homes or shops. More »
