Fans of Blood: The Last Vampire, rejoice! The hit anime movie will receive a spin-off series known as Blood-C. And the best part? It has been revealed that legendary manga artists quartet, CLAMP and production studio Production I.G. will collaborate once more for this series!

CLAMP is in charge of the plot plus character designs (that’s nothing new), where as Production I.G. will take care of animation and Aniplex will produce the series.

Production I.G. and CLAMP have teamed up together before for “xxxHolic” and “Tsubasa Reservoir CHRONiCleS“.

Quite frankly, I love both of them - Production I.G. has animated some incredible animes before and CLAMP, well, it’s CLAMP. ‘Nuff said. CLAMP remains to this day my favorite mangakas. Because they are just that awesome.
