I seriously jumped out of my seat to this announcement, the Trigun movie that was released back in 2010, Trigun: Badlands Rumble, will be entering the world of English dub, as well as coming to North American theaters this summer!

The cast has been revealed, and Johnny Yong Bosch, one of the best anime voice actors of all time, and legendary Power Ranger, returns to play Vash the Stampede once more. Whew! What a sigh of relief, it wouldn’t be the same without him. But Johnny is the only voice from the TV series moving on to the movie it appears, as Luci Christian will play Meryl Stryfe, Trina Nishimura will voice Milly Thompson, and Brad Hawkins will be Nicholas D. Wolfwood. Colleen Clinkenbeard and John Swasey will also make an appearance as Amelia and Gasback who only serve as characters from the movie.

FUNimation and Eleven Arts Entertainment announced the news on bringing this movie to North American theaters they will be showing Japanese dialogue in one, while the other will show off the English version. I’d like to see either one, though preferably the English because I am such a Bosch fan. Trigun is one of those nostalgic shows to look back on for me, this news has made me turn on the soundtrack and I can still see the scenes playing in my head. Hah.
