Earlier, it was announced that Matsushita Yuya and FLOW will be attending FanimeCon 2011, but wait, that’s not all! Now, X-Japan’s YOSHIKI is also expected to make an appearance!

Not many details has been released, but FanimeCon admin Tony reported this on their official forums:

“Hi all, just want to get this out there while it’s hot:

Yoshiki of X Japan will be stopping by FanimeCon on Saturday evening in support of the Yoshiki Foundation. He will be hosting a panel and autograph session.

Further details coming up soon. This happened quite spontaneously, so we’re still hashing out the details – but we are thrilled to have him stop by.

I hope you are as excited as I am. Let’s show him some Fanime spirit!”

Autograph sessions are always a good bonus to any event! If you are planning to attend FanimeCon, you might want to go pay YOSHIKI a visit to help support his foundation. It will be sending disaster relief to Japan in response to the damages from the earthquake and tsunami back in March.

FanimeCon will take place from May 27th-30th at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in Northern California! You can register for the event on their official website.
