Nagasawa Masami’s recent photoshoot will result in the purchase of many “anan” magazines because once fans get a look of Masami’s gorgeous legs, they’ll be itching to get their hands on the latest copy!

This weeks feature of ‘anan’ presented a guide with tips on how to get rid of bowlegs, knock-knees, and a sagging bottom. The exercises and massages were presented by Nagasawa herself, and they must have worked, because just look at her legs!

Nagasawa reported that due to the amount of mountain climbing required for the movie “Gaku”, her legs became well sculpted. Nagasawa also stated, “Many of my friends told me that I looked slimmer after the movie. They also said that my legs became more beautiful.”

She also revealed that to help maintain beauty, you should eat dried plums and natto (fermented soybeans) for your mid-afternoon snack.
