At the beginning of this year, UVERworld didn’t have plans to release a single, but things changed after the Tohoku Earthquake.

Originally, the band was planning on touring starting in April, but due to the earthquake, the tour was postponed. Now they have decided to release their 20th single , “Untitled/Kinjito” on December 14th. The single will feature two songs that were created to energize concerts, as well as remixes of the songs. The DVD, that will also be released with the single, will have the music video and clips from their July 27th concert at Zepp Tokyo.

UVERworld is currently on their “UVERworld 47/47 Tour 2011 Life 6 Sense”. If you happen to be attending the concerts in the near future, the group will be performing their new songs during the performances. The songs have also been revealed on the band’s official site as of November 2nd at 8PM.

Oooo...you should!!!  For me they are on the same level as Asian Kung-fu Generation.  They’ve done opening themes for BLEACH and D. Gray-man.  Check out “Gekidou”, which was the opening for D. Gray-man: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PRT7VDAAwM&feature=player_detailpage
