On Thursday, Sunrise, the anime studio announced a side story/anime project called Code Geass Gaiden: Bokoku no Akito. The side story is set in a.t.b.2017, in the European war front. A Knightmare unit made up of both boys and girls that are from Zone Eleven are sent into this military operation to save an allied unit with only 5% of survival.
