Yoshiki, the phenomenal musician, has been asked to compose the theme song from this year’s Golden Globe Awards. Posted to his official Youtube, Yoshiki greets and thanks his fans for their support.

After his greeting, Yoshiki gives us a 1-minute listen to what will be considered a gorgeous composition, with on final statement: “I hope you will enjoy this song” –

Yoshiki’s greeting is so adorable; he seems to shy and unsure what to say. As for the song, it has a very “X Japan” feel to it, and it is completely Yoshiki. I would love to just listen to it over and over again. I love the little ‘X’ tribute he does at the very end. We are X!
