Popular anime TIGER & BUNNY that debuted in 2011 has already signed on for releasing its first movie, titled “The Beginning.”

Production plans to have the movie in Japanese theaters sometime in September. “The Beginning” will tell the back story to the original anime. Furthermore, a second movie is already in the works to be released 2013.

But it’s not over yet! A live version of the anime has also been announced and is scheduled for production. Details regarding the cast are revealed in the monthly Debut Magazine (デ☆ビュー) March edition.

While I haven’t seen any of TIGER & BUNNY, I’ve heard good things about it, and the show really seems to be popular, if the announcements are anything to judge from.
