Mamora Goda’s “Mori no Asagao” Manga is soon to be adapted into Live-Action series and it is set to premiere this October on TV Tokyo network as announced on the recent issue of Manga Action. The cast, timeslot and other details are yet to be announced by Manga Action. Mori no Asagao’s story revolves around the secret friendship between a rookie prison guard and a death row felon. Goda has won the Grand Prize in the Manga Division of the 11th Japan Media Arts Festival Awards in the year 2007 for his portrayal of the modern Japanese capital punishment system. More »

Recently, the newest addition to the long list of Pokemon movies, “Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl the Movie: Genei no Hasha Zoroark / Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl the Movie: Phantom Ruler: Zoroark,” was released in Japanese theaters.
