Japan isn’t a very direct country. When talking to Japanese people it’s often difficult to get them to actually tell you how they feel on a subject. Especially if it’s important. The same can not be said for its signs. They’re very direct and to the point. To counter this “directness” on signs, we see a whole lot of cute. Cute and weird. More »
