Rumors have been circling Johnny’s resident bad boy Jin Akanishi ever since he announced solo concerts in LA. These concerts were sold out in 3 hours even though there were only 2300 seats — although I’m not sure if that is totally true, because one of my friends bought tickets two days after the fact. From Ningin: It was recently announced that KAT-TUN, a Japanese boyband, would release a new single “Going” on May 12. Today it has been announced that Jin Akanishi, the A in KAT-TUN, will not be included in the single. This decision was made because he will be in Los Angeles doing solo shows (which I really want to go to surprisingly) and won’t be able to participate in KAT-TUN’s Asia Tour or participate in promotions for the new single. From Ningin: KAT-TUN, one of Johnny’s groups, is back after the successful single, “RESCUE,” which was my favorite song of theirs. Now it is D-Motion. I have heard this song twice and already I am singing it. I really pleased with the music video and song because for once everyone is singing! Although the auto tune is a little much, this song is so addictive. I don’t think they will have any problems selling a bunch except for the fact that super group Arashi’s new single came out too, so Jin doesn’t have to worry about his STD scandal affecting sales.
